At The Warmery, every parcel is packed with the intention of bringing you peace. However, we understand that sometimes the journey from our door to your sanctuary can be a bumpy one. To ensure we can continue to offer high-quality rituals at fair prices, we have established the following guidelines.

The Integrity of the Seal

Because our teas, coffees, and cocoas are artisanal food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items that have been opened.

Safety First: Once a seal is broken, we can no longer guarantee the purity of the product.

Damaged or Faulty Arrivals

If your bundle arrives with shattered glass, torn pouches, or compromised seals, we will replace or refund the item immediately.

To honour our commitment to fairness, we require a specific verification process:

  • The 48-Hour Window: Please inspect your order upon arrival. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: please provide high-resolution photos of the external shipping box, the internal packaging, and the specific damage to the product itself.

AI-Enhanced Verification

Please Note: All submitted images are automatically scanned by our security software to detect metadata inconsistencies, pixel manipulation, or AI-generated "adjustments." This process is in place to identify insincere claims and ensure that our resources are used to help customers with genuine delivery issues.

Any claim found to be using manipulated or AI-generated imagery will be automatically denied and the account may be flagged for future orders.
