At The Warmery, we believe every moment should be a soft landing. Because our products are artisanal and consumable, we maintain a specific policy to ensure the purity of every blend and the sustainability of our small community.

The Integrity of the Seal

To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any opened items. 

Safety First: Once a seal is broken, we cannot guarantee the product's purity.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide a ritual isn't for you before opening it, you may return the unopened, sealed product at your own shipping expense.

Damaged or Faulty Arrivals

If your sanctuary kit arrives in less-than-perfect condition, such as shattered glass, torn pouches, or compromised seals, we will make it right immediately with a replacement or refund.

To honour our commitment to fairness, we require the following:

  1. The 48-Hour Window: Please inspect your order upon arrival. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Required Documentation: Please provide high-resolution photos of the external shipping box, the internal packaging, and the specific damage to the product.

  3. AI-Enhanced Verification: In an era of digital transition, we utilise advanced image forensics to protect our business. All submitted images are automatically scanned to detect metadata inconsistencies or AI-generated "adjustments." This ensures our resources go to customers with genuine delivery issues.

Please note: Any claim found to be using manipulated or AI-generated imagery will be automatically denied, and the account may be flagged.
