Setting the Grounding Rules

Welcome to Warmery.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to follow these grounding rules.

  • Offer and Acceptance

    The display of products on our website is an "invitation to treat," not a guaranteed offer. Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept this offer when we send you an email confirming that your products have been dispatched. At this moment, a binding contract is formed between you and Warmery.

  • Accuracy of Information

    We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and brewing guidance are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error related to your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss the quiet resolution before dispatching the goods.

  • Pricing

    All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate. Delivery charges will be added during the checkout process and clearly itemised before final payment.

  • Payment

    We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard. Your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full financial details.

  • Cancellation

    We reserve the right to cancel the contract if payment fails, if there are insufficient stocks to deliver the goods you have ordered, or if we cannot deliver to your specified area. If we cancel, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 14 working days.

  • 🌍 Delivery Area

    We currently deliver to addresses within UK.

  • 📅 Timescale

    We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

  • ⚠️ Risk of Loss

    The risk of damage or loss of products passes to you upon delivery or attempted delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and Refunds: Closing the Loop

We want your ritual to be perfect. Our returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to Cancel (The Withdrawal Period): You have the right to cancel your order and return physical, non-perishable goods within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Perishable Goods (Our Tea Blends): Due to the consumable nature of our tea blends, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or consumed, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your tea arrives damaged, faulty, or if we sent the wrong blend, please contact us immediately (Brew a Connection) within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs, once the fault is confirmed.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@warmery.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

    The content on this website, including all images, text (including our unique ritual names like 'Morning Brew Meditation' and 'Common Whispers'), logos, and site design, is owned by or licensed to Warmery Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Use of Content

    You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our site without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with these terms.
