Without a coastline, getting these beans to the world is a true labour of love, making every bag a rare and precious find. Our Inzovu is a celebration of 35,000 small-scale farmers who cultivate these hills, bringing you a cup that is as vibrant and resilient as the land itself.

The Craft

Grown at staggering heights of up to 1,900 metres, these Bourbon and Typica beans are fully washed and meticulously hand-sorted in Kigali. This collective effort from 40 different washing stations ensures a consistent, high-quality profile. We’ve given this a delicate light-to-medium roast to preserve the sophisticated, natural sweetness found only in the highest Rwandan peaks.

The Taste

This is a wonderfully fruity and well-balanced coffee. It leads with a gentle, natural sweetness, followed by beautiful hints of tart cranberries. It’s clean, bright, and offers a refined clarity that makes it a pleasure to drink.
