From the gentle hills of Sul de Minas comes Brazilian Breezy Beam, a coffee shaped by patience, warmth and quiet expertise. Grown by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana on one of the region’s most sustainably minded farms, this coffee embodies a slower way of doing things. Thoughtful cultivation, careful harvesting and natural processing allow its character to unfold beautifully in the cup.

This is coffee designed not just to energise, but to accompany moments.

The Craft

Coffee farmers overlooking coffee plants at sunrise in Sul de Minas Brazil with baskets of ripe coffee cherries drying naturally on trays, evoking sustainable speciality coffee cultivation.

Pedro and Mariana grow Mundo Novo coffee at around 1,000 metres above sea level, where climate and soil create ideal conditions for sweetness and balance. The beans are naturally processed, meaning the cherries are dried intact before milling. This traditional method enhances depth, body and gentle fruit sweetness.

Their farm focuses on sustainability in practice rather than promise. Soil health, water stewardship and careful land management ensure each harvest respects both the environment and the future.

The result is a speciality coffee that feels honest, grounded and quietly refined.

The Taste

Moody coffee scene with filter coffee brewing beside espresso and latte cups, soft candlelight highlighting chocolate tones and a calm, indulgent coffee experience.

Brazilian Breezy Beam is soft, smooth and reassuring.

You will notice mellow chocolate notes, subtle dried-fruit sweetness, and a rounded body that never overwhelms. Acidity remains low and gentle, allowing the coffee to feel comforting rather than sharp.

As a filter coffee, it is calm and balanced.
As an espresso, it is smooth and easy to enjoy.
With milk, it becomes naturally sweet, ideal for relaxed lattes and slower sipping.

This is a flavour that settles rather than shouts.

Why it works for your Brew Drink Ritual

Brazilian Breezy Beam offers clarity without harshness. Its mild acidity and natural sweetness make it ideal for thoughtful starts, quiet kitchens and unhurried first sips. Filter brewing especially highlights its softness, helping you ease into the day with steadiness.

It supports focus while keeping the mood calm.
